This license agreement is between SC. Make IT Easy Solutions SRL ("we" or "us") and the user
("you")
with respect to the Rephraser.email software and services (the "Software"). This agreement
governs your use of the Software.
By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this
license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this license
agreement, you are not allowed to use the Software.
You may not:
• Modify, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Sublicense, distribute, rent, lease, or lend the Software.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright or trademark notices or logos in the Software.
• Use the Software for any type of commercial or illegal usage or activities.
We reserve the right to modify this license agreement at any time. Any modifications will be
effective immediately upon the posting of the modified license agreement. You are
responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any modifications. Your use of the
Software following the posting of any modifications indicates your acceptance of the terms
and conditions of the license agreement including any modifications.
We may terminate this license agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you
must immediately destroy any copies of the Software in your possession or control.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us and you relating to the Software
and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings between us
and you relating to the Software. No waiver of any of the terms of this Agreement shall be
effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
This Fair Usage Policy (this "Policy”) is provided by SC. Make IT Easy Solutions SRL ("we"
or "us")
and applies to your use of the Rephraser.email software and services (the “Software”). By
using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this
Policy.
We expect you to use the Software responsibly and will not tolerate any activity that
violates any applicable laws or regulations, or which harms our reputation or the reputation
of our customers.
We may limit or suspend your use of the Software if your use exceeds normal usage levels, or
is deemed to be excessive, unusual or suspicious. Examples of excessive, unusual or
suspicious use include, but are not limited to:
• Using the Software for any type of commercial or illegal usage or activities.
• Sending emails containing unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials,
junk mail, spam, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation.
• Attempting to circumvent or disable any security or other technological measures we use in
connection with the Software.
We reserve the right to modify this Fair Usage Policy at any time. Any modifications will be
effective immediately upon the posting of the modified Fair Usage Policy. You are
responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any modifications. Your use of the
Software following the posting of any modifications indicates your acceptance of the terms
and conditions of the Policy including any modifications.
This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between us and you relating to your use of the
