b) The cost of obtaining substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data,
information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered
into through or from the Service;

a) Rephraser.email reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue the
Service, or any portion thereof, temporarily or permanently, at any time.
b) In the event that Rephraser.email terminates the Service, you will be entitled to a
refund for any unused portion of your subscription fees.
7. Changes to the Terms.
Rephraser.email reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms
or any part thereof at any time. If Rephraser.email determines in its sole discretion that a
material change to these Terms has been made, Rephraser.email will notify you by sending you
an email to the last email address you provided to us. Your continued use of the Service
after the date on which such changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the
changes.
